Chandler resident Tim Menghini has been named a designated broker at The Brokery.
Menghini will be working out of The Brokery’s office in Arcadia, which is where he grew up, attending Brophy College Prep and earning a finance degree from Creighton College.
“We looked for the very best when identifying the right person to step into this important role,” said The Brokery co-founder Tucker Blalock.
“Tim Menghini is the perfect fit for our company. Not only does he bring incredible experience and leadership skills honed during his years growing a Scottsdale real estate brokerage, but he also sets the example of professionalism and drive that our company culture is based on.”
Menghini became a licensed real estate professional in 2002 and built his business, a Scottsdale realty company called Racquet Club Realty, around pillars: “integrity, unparalleled communication and effective negotiation,” a spokeswoman said.
“After selling my company last year, I sought out a partnership with a brokerage that embodied my own philosophy,” he said. “I found a true match here at The Brokery, and I’m proud to be their Designated Broker.”
“The growing Brokery team recently opened a new office in North Central Phoenix and has plans to add additional community-focused offices in select neighborhoods around the Valley in the coming year, gradually rolling out their model of delivering ‘relentlessly local’ knowledge and service,” the company said in a release.
Brokery co-founder Oleg Bortman said Menghini has “certainly built a long-standing, successful career in residential real estate.”
“More importantly, he’s earned a reputation as being someone people love to work with – whether in the area of residential sales, leasing, or property management,” he added.
The Brokery is a local, boutique residential real estate brokerage founded in 2012 that boasts neighborhood-centered offices to “offer high visibility for their clients’ properties in state-of-the-art showcases and allows for neighbors to engage one-on-one with local real estate experts.”
